Luxury Plumbing Plus/Luxury Lighting Plus sells only online. The company purchased NetSuite to enable its workforce to work from multiple locations and streamline business processes. Successful as an eBay power seller, the firm expanded its online sales presence by implementing a basic NetSuite web store.
Working with Intente, the firm upgraded its look and feel with a new logo and a custom web store design. Intente created a solution that provides the ideal mix of control and flexibility. New site and item templates give the store a professional look but preserve the dynamic power of NetSuite. The customer can make changes to items and categories without worrying about affecting the look or functionality of the web store.
The success of the newly designed NetSuite web store has led to several more projects for this firm, including an additional web store using the NetSuite multiple web store module and an eBay web store design. “We’re so happy with our new look that we immediately asked Intente to bring the same look and feel to our eBay store,” says Luxury’s controller Aimee Silverman. Intente easily translated the design and implemented it within eBay.
Luxury has also moved its NetSuite business to Intente. “We would rather have Intente manage us now,” says Aimee, “since they know our business so well.”
