HRD Press publishes print, video, and software resources for Human Resources professionals. The company recently revamped its operations, outsourcing many functions to emphasize its core publishing business.

The firm’s new business model called for an increased Internet presence, but the legacy web store was in need of improvement. In addition, the firm needed new software to support its outsourced fulfillment operation (print on demand), and to support sales force automation.
